I only do remote support (connect remotely) and email support. No hardware support. 

Email replies are usually quick, but can take up to 24 hours. 

You will be required to download and install Anydesk. A fast and reliable internet connection is required for me to do remote support. Someone needs to be at the computer when I connect to accept the connection.  Only use the computer to reply to a question while the remote session is underway. 

Support time can be used for remote support or email support. Min time deducted for an email reply is 5 minutes but can be longer if long explanations are needed. Remote support time will include time waiting for the client to accept remote connection.
